# Associated Fees

Vendor Finance does not take any additional fees for [rollovers](/overview/vendor-finance-v1/definitions.md). The only fee user will need to pay on rollover is the fee that was set by the lender of the pool at the moment when the borrower borrowed funds.

Borrowers may also be asked to repay some of their loan based on the [lend ratio](/overview/vendor-finance-v1/definitions.md) in the destination pool. We will take a closer look at that in the "[Lend Ratio Shifts](/overview/vendor-finance-v1/rollovers/lend-ratio-shifts.md)" section.
